The price you lock into will be the price you will pay, no matter if the price goes up or down.
(Example: You pre-order a Box for $80. That means you are locked in for $80. So say the price goes up to $100 right before release. Well you are locked in at the $80. The same thing if the price goes down to $75. You are still locked in at $80.)
The card market moves a lot like the stock market. So when you order, I immediately order & lock that price in for you.
